Komusta po kayo lahat!
Hello ALL,
As of Lunes Ingless is Bawal. OH wait lunes is today!
Monday! So no English! posensha ( sorry ) I guess I'll
have to type this all out Sa tagalog, Jokelang!
This week was just as wild as the rest. The big topic
around all last Wednesday was that apparently
Elisabeth Smart entered the MTC and is going to France
dunoo if that's true haven't seen her yet and don't
really want to because I'm afraid I'd be really rude
and wouldn't be able not to stare.
Kahapon Sa Lingo( yesterday on Sunday) Mugusap Ako Sa
Tagalog
( I was the speaker ) I spoke in totagalog of course
but it is all at the last minute and I thought that
since I was playing the hymn's I'd be except,
APPARENTLY NOT! I was so shocked. I just got up and
almost wanted to cry but amazingly I made it through
the whole five minutes and everyone said they loved
my talk and that they understood everything I said,
which is great because I actually have NO CLUE what
I said. I know I spoke about Mga Propheta but thats
about it! Masaya Talaga ( it was really fun actually).
Our Tagalog Tutor Sister Fotu who returned from Angeles
this July gave me the best news I've received since my
mission call! Hinid Nylons Sa Angelse ( we don't have
to wear them!) Words cannot express how relieved me
and all of the sister's in the district are about this.
Also this week I officially feel like an oldie in the
MTC, tomorrow we will out live our roomies a pair of
state side sisters going to Indiana I think. It's just
crazy to think we still have 5 more weeks here ...
wait or maybe its four... Ya we all loose count of
this so often its scary! I miss you and and I LOVE
hearing from you the dear elder letters are like a
gift from the heavens.
Mahal Ko Kayo,
Ingat,
Sister Quinn
