Kamusta Po Kayo,
This week President Puzey came to sacrament at our ward
and we we're glowingly happy to introduce him to our
whole investigator family and our Bro Alfie who will be
baptized this Saturday! When I rains it pours and I do
not mean real rain although it did POUR down on us
last Friday. This week though I just feel like my whole
life as a missionary is at its total peak all is coming
up golden. I don't know if I have just reached to point
that I've been here so long in the mission that I'm used
to the things that are hard and they've become not so hard.
It just seems like all the bad now is not even in sight.
I really love our work. This maybe a little too perfect,
Just kidding things can never be too perfect when you are a
missionary. Maybe this week all I can do is just be
greatful for so many blessings. Our investigators the
Broquiza family we will be having a family home evening
at their home later on tonight along with the bishop and
his whole family. Also we have Bro Alfie's baptism on
Sunday and Brother Jason who my heart goes out to.
He's a rough case his family was baptized while he was
in prison and now he really just wants to change his
life but he's having a tough time believing he can
be forgiven but for me helping him through the
repentance process is like icing on the cake ,
sugar and candy. My life is SWEET! I feel like saying
what the mission president always says which is that I'm
here not to just endure to the end but I am here to
really ENJOY to the END. That's all I'm doing for now
this week.
I love you all I cant wait to see you all soon enough now!
Ingat sa lahat,
Sister Quinn

Kamusta Po Kayo,
Grabi NA . I am getting transferred this week I got a
personal email from the mission president letting me
know that I will be serving as a follow-up Trainer in
Angeles City, for the last 6 weeks of my mission!I am
SO excited. My last week here in Camiling has been a
rough one.Sister Balili and have really been struggling
to find new investigators, you know times are tough
when you cant even get active members to sit down
for a moment so you can teach them in the hopes
they will give you a referral, but even with that
I STILL LOVE my area. I will miss Camiling in ways
words cannot say and I have learned lessons here I
know I will keep with my my ENTIRE LIFE! I will also
miss Sister Balili as tough as our time together has
been I would not trade being companions with her
for anything in the world. I have learned lessons from
her I will also keep with my my whole life. Another
little lesson of learned this week of which I am again
convinced was no coincidence was the Lord speaking
straight to me.This time again through a sort of funny
way. After a hard day as I climbed into the side car
of the motorbike tricycles that we take home most
nights I saw inside our trike a bumper sticker which
read "SOMEONE IN TEXAS LOVES YOU!" I knew
at that moment that the Lord was mindful of me in
my time of need and that all these things here have
been for my good and have only made me a stronger
person. I feel like I've learned more in this last
transfer than I have maybe in my whole lifetime.
I only hope and pray that I can take the lessons learned
forward and continue to progress and be the BEST
missionary I can be so that I can finish this mission
the LORDS way! I love you all, you can start counting
for me I'm going to be focusing on the work and
serving with all my heart, might, mind and strength
as I serve in the very center of Angeles City for my
very last transfer here in the Philippines Angeles
mission, The BEST mission on planet earth!
With Love and Prayers

Kamusta Po Kayo Lahat,
This week we have a lot of new investigators. Nannay
Lori is a reallygreat new investigator who was taught by
Elders in the past and lost contact, she sells Bananas
at the Pelanke , which is our main concern that it will
take sacrifice for her to leave her stall at the market
(pelanke) and get to church on Sundays. Our other new
investigators also have a connection with food. They run
an ice cream selling business where the go around on bikes
and sell ice cream. I plan on coming home fat apparently,
but to be honest its worth it because these people are
just as good as their ice cream tastes, really down
to earth and humble. This Mothers name is Alma
( which is a common name for women here) and we came
in contact on a bad day when I bought some ice cream and
decided to give a pamphlet to their son RJ , the
next time we saw him he said he'd read the whole thing
and wanted us to come and teach his family on Sunday.
We came on Saturday so we could invite them to come to
church the next day, Sister Alma was close to accepting
but still a little shy since she does not know any
one at the church but we are inviting members to come with
us when we teach them and the good news it their house
is SUPER close to the church on Paterno st. Actually I've
gotten really into eating this ice cream its the same
kind that was in my picture on the photo bucket
Sisterashtonquinn2 last week . Its called dirty ice
cream because it is home made. TO me though it delicious.
This week we have been really blessed in our finding
efforts. Our companionship exchanges were great,
I was with sister Lamoste for the 3rd time in our
mission we may not have been companion but we have been
house mates for over 9 mths now and that makes her my
longest companion in the mission. She says I've really
changed I hope and pray its true. Speaking on Charity
and Love today in our District Development meeting was
a really great experience I feel like this transfer I have
really learned so much about those two Christ like
attributes. I am nervous about transfers and pretty sure
i will be transferred to a new area for my last 5 weeks
in the mission field, but Looking forward to a new
challenge either way.
I love this work! I DO NOT WANT TO GO HOME! STOP TRYING
TO TRUNK ME OUT! But i still love you all and am excited
to see you when the time does come.
